Summary: The Operations Associate at MVP is a key player in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office environments and ensuring that all logistical and administrative functions are carried out effectively. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Director of Operations to manage facilities, schedule events, and maintain systems and technology that support the organization.


As an Operations Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Facilities Management:
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure that all company facilities are operational.
    • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring services are executed as per agreements.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Assist with event planning and management, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination of internal and external events.
    • Provide support for various administrative tasks, such as document management, mailing, and office supplies inventory.
  3. Technology and Systems Management:
    • Assist in the management of office technology and systems, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating with IT support when necessary.
    • Ensure operational equipment and systems are maintained and updated as needed.
  4. Compliance and Safety:
    • Help ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the office environment.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
  5. Support for Strategic Initiatives:
    • Support the Director of Operations in implementing operational changes and new projects that align with business goals.

You will be accountable for:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of all facilities and office functions.
  • Efficiently handle administrative tasks and support organizational events.
  • Maintain effective communication with vendors and service providers.
  • Contribute to the upkeep and improvement of office systems and technology.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Competency in using various office software and technology.

Credentials and Experience:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.


Opportunities for advancement into roles such as Operations Manager or Facilities Manager based on performance and business needs.
